At Carrington Training Institute of Hospitality Management & Aviation, we are committed to nurturing a professional, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behavior expected from all students, both on and off campus, as representatives of Carrington.
1. Professionalism
Students are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism in their behavior, communication, grooming, and attire.
Timeliness, discipline, and a positive attitude are essential at all times—whether in class, on practical assignments, or during internships.
2. Respect & Integrity
Respect towards faculty, staff, fellow students, and guests is non-negotiable.
Academic honesty is expected; plagiarism, cheating, or falsifying information will not be tolerated.
Discrimination, harassment, or bullying in any form is strictly prohibited.
3. Attendance & Participation
Regular attendance and active participation are crucial for academic and practical success.
Absences must be communicated in advance with valid justification and necessary documentation.
Late arrivals and early departures are discouraged and may affect performance evaluations.
4. Use of Property & Resources
Students are responsible for the proper use of institute facilities, resources, and equipment.
Any damage to institute property, intentional or accidental, must be reported immediately and may incur penalties.
5. Social Media & Public Conduct
Students must represent Carrington positively in public and online spaces.
Sharing confidential institute material or engaging in online behavior that damages the institute’s reputation may lead to disciplinary action.
6. Dress Code & Grooming
Students must adhere to the prescribed dress code and grooming standards, especially during training sessions, assessments, and industry visits.
Uniforms, if issued, must be clean, well-maintained, and worn appropriately.
7. Substance-Free Environment
The possession, use, or distribution of drugs, alcohol, or tobacco on institute premises is strictly forbidden.
Violation may result in immediate suspension or dismissal.
8. Disciplinary Action
Violation of any part of this Code may result in warnings, suspension, or termination from the program depending on the severity of the issue. All cases will be reviewed fairly by the institute’s disciplinary committee.
